Taking inspiration from this youtube video, I'm starting my last attempt of 100 days fitness journey in the year 2019.

This year I tried to have consistency for 3 months in a row without a single deviation, but I failed terribly. Forget single, there had been many many longer deviations.

Anyway, let bygones be bygones.

It is already August-end, and I'm going to focus on 2 things in life now until Christmas.


1. Fitness 
2. Learning for office reasons - Angular and Alexa. 

Let's not talk about the second goal here in this blog, this blog gonna be all about tracking my fitness for next 100 days.

It will be something like December 4th.

There will be two major obstacles in this journey - Ganesh Chaturthi & Diwali

Anyway, I'm pretty determined to do this with my two trainers
Leon Sir and Nachiket Sir

Rules

1. Update tracker daily, no backtracking, a post should be published daily, set up a routine to share it on the same day or next day and stick to it.

2. No excuses - Ganpati, frnz patry, aaj k din. I have to be as determined as I was during TC4

3. Workout hard, Stick to the schedule, have discipline and most importantly Stay Happy coz only healthy mind can develop a healthy physique
